Sharing variant unveiled for Nestlé’s classic Aero series

A new product innovation from Nestlé has been unveiled in the form of Aero’s latest sharing bar, which has been unveiled in choc-hazelnut flavour, reports Neill Barston.

According to the company, the larger format has been developed to offer a variety of the classic line that can be enjoyed with friends and family, amid a wider ongoing shift towards on-the-go snacking that has revived since the end of the pandemic.

Notably, the brand that was first forged in 1935, has continued to deliver new iterations down the decades, including Aero Bubbles and Aero Melts, as well as a host of flavours that have kept the key variety of confectionery relevant.

The new additions showcase Aero’s position as a top 15 UK chocolate brand, with the company revealing that the popular hazelnut flavour was frequently requested by followers of Aero’s social media channels, and it will now hit the shelves in supermarkets nationwide.

“We can’t wait to share the heavenly combination of Aero and hazelnut”, said Assistant Brand Manager for Aero Michael Kehoe, “Aero’s iconic light and airy chocolate bubbles have been loved worldwide for decades, and this new hazelnut flavour takes it to a whole new level. We hope our Aero fans will enjoy the indulgent taste experience of the rich hazelnut flavour whilst feeling the bubbles melt.”

The Aero choco-hazelnut flavour 90g bar will also be available in a price marked pack. In addition, Nestlé is also introducing an exciting launch for Aero Peppermint fans, a larger 145g sharing bar which is perfect for sharing with friends and family. These new bars are now available nationwide at supermarkets and convenience stores near you.
