The bodybuilding coach and fitness influencer, Sean Nalewanyj has now revealed some crucial exercises while also not hiding the reality about capped shoulders. According to him, it is a clear sign of ster**d usage, even while there are other elements to it as well.
Although Sean Nalewanyj often gets backlash from the fitness community because of his opinions, he tries his best to bring new information out in public for a better understanding of the audience. This time, he focused on the topic of how most people get 3D delts.

When a fan asked Sean Nalewanyj how he could give his capped shoulder a natural look, the bodybuilding coach replied with a very harsh truth. He stated, “I mean, I don’t wanna be a downer here but the reality is that you pretty much can’t.” Then he proceeded to comment that people must keep in mind that “Delts are a muscle with really high levels of androgen receptors and that’s why some guys are able to achieve that round looks to their shoulders. Because they are taking a bunch of gear. This is actually the biggest telltale of ster**d use there is.”

The bodybuilding coach then further wrote in the caption of his post, “This obviously depends on your exact definition of “capped delts”… and genetics will play a role here as well.” He also added that if people engaged in hard work and intelligent training, then they can certainly make improvements in the deltoid department.

Moreover, Sean Nalewanyj also gave a list of tips for direct work on the shoulders, while emphasizing how while one focuses on the smaller details, they should not forget the bigger picture as well.
Sean Nalewanyj suggests a routine to build better delts

Giving direction to the fitness community, Nalewanyj said that for direct work, fitness enthusiasts can do an overhead press variation which they can comfortably train close to failure and subsequently increase the load on over time to further train the front delts and some side delt as well. Moreover, he also suggested that people can do machines, dumbbells, or barbells as per their own choices.
He also asked the community to build on the smaller details in the body. He stated, “There are some smaller details you can employ to (possibly) optimize things 100%, but just remember that the smaller details are going to be the icing on the cake at best.” According to him, the main focus would not necessarily be on the smaller details as a bodybuilder must try improving the more important aspects as well.
