One of the most amazing things about Twiggy is that even after 50 years in the industry, she’s still as passionate about her work and fashionable as ever.

Discovered in 1966, her tiny frame, beautiful doe eyes, long lashes and short pixie crop captivated the fashion industry and she became the face of swinging sixties London.

Within a year she had modelled in France and Japan, appeared in U.S Vogue and had achieved worldwide fame.

Twiggy remained relevant throughout the 70s, 80s and 90s and outside of modelling she went on to enjoy a successful screen, stage and television career.

Today she is still involved in the fashion industry, designing her collection 'Twiggy for M&S'.

In 1988, Twiggy had a supporting role in Madame Sousatzka (

She said: "I feel immensely privileged to have been a part of such an exciting and diverse industry. I still feel as inspired about fashion today as I did 50 years ago and I'm looking forward to serving the fashion industry for many years to come"

Full of energy and brimming with ideas, she puts all her expertise into her timeless designs. Now in its 15th season, her collection is incredibly successful and has an incredibly loyal customer base.

Her latest spring collection consists of a palette of khaki, cream and navy. Her staple biker jacket has been updated in Khaki suede with silver hardware. Each piece has been carefully thought of and you can feel Twiggy's own style heavily throughout.

She added: “I have been designing my collection with M&S now for 4 wonderful years and I get very excited when it launches. I’m really proud of all the pieces in this great Spring collection and how they all really work together.

"The M&S customer is fantastic and she knows exactly what she wants, stylish clothes in quality fabrics perfect cuts at affordable prices and that’s what I want too! I love seeing women of all ages wearing outfits I have designed, helping to make them look good and feel great"
