This book is a progressive capsule of honesty of my experience after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2001. It was written for those of you who feel alienated in your own world of insanity, and who now experience little hope through the devastation of mental illness. Bipolar is just a word, and it does not determine who I am or what I am capable of doing. I simply won't allow it to. Join me as I share my struggles in and out of psychiatric hospitals, bottles of medication and facing the stigma of mental illness.
