Calling this chair ergonomic is a bit of a stretch, though still better than the average office chair for back support. The real issue for me is the way the wheels are attached makes it so when they break (like mine did after about 6 months of use) you can't really replace them with a new wheel because the plastic simply breaks off the metal bit, which remains screwed in and impossible to remove without power tools. You're better off spending more money on something sturdier, more comfortable, and easier to repair yourself.
Be wary, get a better chair than this one

This chair was surprisingly easy to assemble. I left the arms off as i like to put my leg under me as I'm sitting at the desk. The seat cushion has broken down a lot and is no longer comfortable at all. The mesh back was coming apart on the side also. I had to take the robber out and shove the mesh back in to get it to work. This is not very good quality. be wary!!!

Five stars! This chair is great. Working from home now and the dining room chair didn't cut it after several hours. So I ordered two, one for my husband and one for me. Easy to assemble, comfortable and good quality. Came fast. I highly recommend for the home office.
[Rewarded Review] Excellent chair for the price

I have been amazed with the quality and support that this chair has provided for the amount I paid. I was bracing myself to have to deal with a cheap and uncomfortable chair for the foreseeable WFH future based on the price of this chair, but was I pleasantly surprised after using this for a month. Highly recommend!
